❄️ Winter Protective Styles ❄️

Winter is here and it’s essential that we keep those ends covered! In these colder months protective styling and a hydrating moisture routine is key to reaching your maximum growth potential. This is the perfect time for your hair to go into hibernation! A good protective style should last you about 4-6 weeks, however, you have to be mindful of the health of your hair. People tend to neglect and forget about taking care of their hair after putting in a protective style. This could cause more damage to your hair and it wouldn’t be worth the money you spent to get it done. So be sure to take care of your hair and scalp.

There are many protective styles that you could try this season. I would use this time to experiment; it’s the perfect time to try that style you’ve always wanted but have been too scared to. Below I’ve listed a few styles that I’ve seen many women wear often. You don’t necessarily have to get one of these done but it can give you an idea of what you’d like.
